We produced comprehensive 3D animation and CGI to support Cersanit’s information campaign for the new StreamOn technology. As a post-production and graphic design studio, we combined creative direction, CGI elements, VFX, and fluid simulations with custom sound design. Our goal was to tell a cohesive story about how an advanced flushing system works.
The client is a leading European manufacturer of sanitary ceramics. We prepared a project aimed at clearly explaining the StreamOn technology while highlighting the innovative character of their bathroom products. The technology relies on a vortex water movement to ensure thorough cleaning of the entire ceramic surface.
Our main challenge was translating this complex mechanism into a clear visual form. We needed the viewer to instantly understand how the system works and why it facilitates everyday bathroom use. We focused strictly on the business goal. The animation had to present the product as a practical and modern solution that elevates hygiene standards and positions the brand as a technology leader.
3D fluid simulation is an advanced CGI process used to visualize complex liquid behaviors that are impossible to capture with traditional cameras. It allows manufacturing brands to present the internal mechanics of their products through highly realistic digital rendering.
High-quality custom 3D animation helps companies explain technical innovations in a visually engaging way. This builds consumer trust and highlights the modern features of everyday sanitary solutions. It gives marketing departments complete control over the physical properties of water in a pristine digital environment.
We divided the workflow into precise stages focusing on accurate product representation and realistic water physics. The pipeline successfully combined practical product benefits with an attractive visual presentation.
We applied 3ds Max to model the ceramic elements and the interior geometry of the toilet bowl. This provided us with precise control over the details and the entire 3D scene structure. Accurate modeling ensures that the digital product acts as a perfect twin of the real world counterpart.
We prepared advanced fluid simulations in Phoenix FD to make the vortex water movement look completely natural and credible. This allowed us to show the flow direction alongside the intensity and range of the flushing mechanism.
We heavily utilized particle systems in the sequences presenting the water flow. Fluid dynamics allowed us to faithfully recreate the water swirling, the breaking of the stream into smaller droplets, and the precise washing of the ceramic walls. Additional VFX elements highlighted the difference between traditional systems and the new technology.
We executed the 3D animation rendering on our high-performance GPU workstations. This enabled rapid testing of subsequent iterations and fine-tuning of special effects. We utilized Adobe Photoshop to prepare textures and graphic elements.
We merged all image layers in Adobe After Effects and Nuke. Our team used multi-pass VFX compositing to precisely control light, color, and contrast in the final shots.
The animation clearly presented the technology as a modern solution that increases bathroom comfort and improves hygiene. We showed that the vortex movement reaches the entire bowl surface, which directly translates into real user benefits.
The project effectively supports the corporate video production strategy of the client. It strengthens brand awareness and emphasizes their expertise in advanced sanitary solutions through professional visual communication.
Delivering this complex digital product required a robust technological pipeline. 3ds Max handled the 3D modeling of the bowl, installation geometry, and high-resolution base animation. Phoenix FD was used for liquid simulation and fluid dynamics crucial for realistic water swirling. Adobe After Effects gave us full control over editing, compositing, typography integration, and final color correction. Nuke provided advanced multi-pass compositing to refine lights, shadows, and special effects. Adobe Photoshop was used for surface materials and static graphic elements. High-performance GPU workstations ensured efficient rendering and rapid FX testing.
The project was executed by a dedicated team of specialists. Project Manager Łukasz Świerczyński coordinated the workflow. Kris Rusinek served as Art Director. Łukasz Gdaniec led the team as Lead 3D. The digital assets were developed by 3D Artists Łukasz Gdaniec, Waldemar Tabaka, and Kris Rusinek. Kris Rusinek and Wiktor Jarmonik delivered the 3D Animation. Michał Małyska handled the compositing.
