Creative special effects – your ad that works!
Every day, viewers are bombarded with hundreds of ads. So how can you make sure it’s your commercial that gets remembered? The secret lies in the first 2–3 seconds – that’s when you need to grab attention and keep the viewer engaged. How can you do that? Special effects are the tool that let you surprise, enchant, and draw the audience into the story you’re telling.
An eye-catcher in the very first second
The human brain automatically responds to anything out of the ordinary. In the Saldeo Smart commercial for Key Story, we tapped into this mechanism by creating a dynamic scene where invoices and sheets of paper “attack” accountants. The viewer has no time to think – they’re surprised and engaged from the very first second. And that’s the key to success!

A visual BOOM and SPLASH!
Working with Visual Heads and the Glaco brand, we focused on stunning liquid simulations. Raindrops hitting a car windshield in slow motion, a splash of water in front of the camera – these are the details that make it impossible for the viewer to look away. Additionally, using a single, fluid master shot allowed for full immersion in the rainy journey.

A hundred locations, one set - surreal landscapes
What if you need a spectacular set, but the conditions just won’t allow it? Special effects break down barriers – whether they’re weather-related, location-based, or budgetary. In the ENEA commercial for GPD, we placed the actor on the rooftop of a skyscraper in downtown Tokyo – even though he was never physically there.

For the Japanese brand IN Jelly, a producer of juices and fruit purées, we created a whimsical landscape where the actress could pick juicy drinks straight from a tree. The result? A fairy-tale world full of emotion that highlighted the product’s natural essence.

Everyone loves pleasant things - evoke a sense of warmth and likability
Liking the hero of a commercial often translates into liking the brand itself. In the PSB – Mrówka spot, we created a brand hero – a small, yellow ant that helps homeowners with their renovations. She builds positive associations and draws the viewer into the world of the ad.

Similarly, in the Chinese Nutrilite commercial, we brought plants to life – dandelions, trees, and flowers all responded to the characters. Surprise? Check. Curiosity? Guaranteed. And all of it leads to greater audience engagement.
